  3. I had gastric bypass last May 25th. I did really well until I hit around 7 months I've noticed my stomach is stretching and I'm eating and drinking things I know I'm not allowed. Now I've gained 8-10 back and I'm so disappointed in myself. Is this normal? How do I get my pouch to shrink so I can continue losing weight to get to my goal. I've lost around 60 lbs but I still need to lost around 45 more lbs. I need some help on this.
