Whole pills

I will be 4 week post-op on June 22, I've been having alot of constipation and my primary Dr put me on a colace. But there's no way I can handle the taste, to crush it. Would I be okay to take it whole?

After RNY gastric bypass surgery, I found that I could no longer swallow medium and large pill. Therefore I had to use pill crushers and pill splitters. But after 2 months, I regain my ability to swallow them. Therefore if you try and swallow one, you will quickly learn if you can swallow it whole.

Colace is a liquid gel tab it should be ok to take whole...
