Don't do it! I ate mashed potatoes when I could have soft foods! I was so excited but I only ate like 2-3 teaspoons and it made me feel terrible. I was full for 4 days my stomach felt so heavy!#notagoodfeeling Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App
