    Woke up this morning literally having to vomit. Not sure why, vomited once and now acid like reflux x3 times! Never had this happen, NEVER! Anybody ever experience this? Should I be worried, I just made 4 months post op.

    Spoke with my doctors nurse today they're a bit concerned about a possible hernia so I'm home in bed until I see him tomorrow. It sucks!     At the soft foods stage everything going well, but not sure I'm eating enough, I only eat about 3-4 teaspoons of food at each meal. I try to eat every 3 hours.
