Having pulling pain on and around incision

Having x2 days lots of pain and soreness on incision where they removed stomach. Very sore with pulling pain. First time I've had this soreness anyone else experienced this? Should I call doctor or will this pass?

Spoke with my doctors nurse today they're a bit concerned about a possible hernia so I'm home in bed until I see him tomorrow. It sucks! I've been doing so well, I will slow down and rest keep my fingers crossed that it's nothing and will resolve itself. Relax, relate, release!

My doctor said that was normal, they stitched through 7 layers and it was healing, but also a sign that I was overdoing things!
