When I called they said it has been approved and that I should receive the letter in 7 to 10 business days. They said I can go ahead and schedule my surgery without the approval letter because the doctors office can just call and verify the approval. My journey has officially begun! I'm so happy to have finally joined the losers bench My Doctor said everything went will and the he found that I had a hernia so he repaired it as well. Omg how!!! How are you doing it i been on this diet for a while and I'm just yoyoing 3 lbs.... they schedule my surgery for January 12th but I haven't lost any weight on this liquid diet.... what do you do in a day? Bouncy Conyers Hi Bouncy! Breakfast: Premier Protein shake Snack: sugar free Jell-O Lunch: 1 cup of chicken broth Snack: sugar free Jell-O Dinner: Premier Protein Shake or 1 cup of chicken broth. I also drink lots of Water, Crystal lite, or Power Aid Zero. I use GENEPRO Tasteless Protein powder mixed in a 16oz. bottle of water with some crystal lite once a day. I'm on day six as well and it's not easy. I'm finally feeling better. I keep telling myself if I can't do a simple 2 week liquid diet then I have no business getting sleeved lol. I have a premier Protein (30 grams of protein) shake for Breakfast, sugar free Jello for my snack, I drink 16oz of crystal light mixed with GENEPRO Tasteless Protein powder (30 grams of protein) for lunch I have chicken broth. If I'm still hungry when I get home I eat another sugar free jello and for dinner I have another premier Protein Shake. I try to get in 90 grams of protein. I have the same insurane also. My BMI is 40.0 and I don't suffer from high blood pressure , diabetes or sleep apnea. I did everything required by BCBSIL and I was approved 1 week after doctors office submitted to them. My surgery is on December 8th =) good luck!
