I'm only supposed to be on liquids for one week but it's still a struggle. I just can't feel full on liquids. Anyone find anything that helps them stay satisfied?

Day one here. Doing broths, decaf teas, Isopure, Protein shakes, Water, and crystal light water. Also they said I can do sugar free popsicles and Jello so I'm waiting to do those later when I'm going nuts
