random bruises on my arms after surgery

I was sleeved on the 14th so 5 days post op and all went very well...I knew I was bruised on my arm where I had blood drawn etc...but my left arm is bruised inside forearm ...I have random bruises on leg too...should I be concerned??

      I had several bruises in odd places when I woke up from surgery. All of them disappeared eventually, and there were no complications. I attributed it to handling on the table. Anyone under sedation

      You are given Heparin after surgery so you do not get a blood clot. So bruising is normal. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    I had several bruises in odd places when I woke up from surgery. All of them disappeared eventually, and there were no complications. I attributed it to handling on the table. Anyone under sedation like that is pretty much a sack of meat that doesn't move around very well. :P
