@@teedsg thank you for asking...I am only down 20 lbs 3 weeks post op...struggle with head hunger and need better support from hubby.. . shoes feel loosed, pants too my rings are loose as well....the biggest thing, toughest, is psychological part...I miss food...the comfort of it... I've tried to stick to diet and did very well I lost 17 pounds after surgery but a3 weeks out and my cravings are out of control, ...working full-time and I still have to cook for husband and kids...they are not on the healthy band wagon so I find myself cheating, a small bite here...there...I'm not losing anymore...frustrated ...my husband says he knows it is hard but if I don't cook he is disappointed ...when I cook it only intensifies cravings...I'm miserable. I was sleeved on the 14th so 5 days post op and all went very well...I knew I was bruised on my arm where I had blood drawn etc...but my left arm is bruised inside forearm ...I have random bruises on leg too...should I be concerned?? Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

@@Yvona, I had mine on the 14th as well all was well...I'm struggling with "head hunger" since I know I'm not hungry my stomach feels full...I still crave food but I t gets easier...sipping on water and my protein...how are you doing with that and walking? well I'm 43 and reluctantly my PCP made referral for me and I was just sleeved 4 days ago...I was on every diet and failed, highest weight 245 4 days post op I'm 232 ...this absolutely should not be his decision...keep pushing get a second,third opinion...this was the best decision for my health, by far not easy but the best for health...keep pushing Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

please help with ideas...just had surgery on 11/14 and all went well, I'm home now...BUT trapped gas in my shoulder and right above rib cage...followed by chronic belching...ideas to rid myself of belching...I walked all day at hospital and here at home... and I still hear people say this is the easy way out...yeah, going under the knife subjecting oneself to pain, unable to eat only liquids which is torture I might add without a proper nights sleep due to he incisions...I'm keeping my surgery private at work but I'm so anxious to share, I'm excited, anxious, head hunger is killing me ...
