  1. Lol believe me for the most part my boobs are gone. I went from a DDD to a D. It definitely feels weird.
  2. October 2017 was my surgery date started at 232lbs now staying at 150-155 lbs. I feel absolutely amazing. Some things I don't like, like now having a heart murmur and a fainting disorder and already lost gallbladder but other then that I have been good.
  3. I walk about 2 miles a day , I am always on the go.
  4. No I did not have any skin removal surgery. I jus walk alot..

  6. I Had gastric bypass Oct 2017. I was 274 at my highest. Now I am 150lbs and I couldn't feel better then I do now. The amount of confidence that comes with weightloss is remarkable. [emoji3059][emoji3059][emoji3059]
  7. Jus like my doctor said I'm young so the elasticity of my skin will go back and I wouldn't have much skin at all. And it did thank goodness
  8. A few days after I got out of surgery melted off like butter within 1 yr I went from 232 lbs to 125lbs .. this pic was exactly 1 yr out from my surgery [emoji38]

  11. Be careful they told me I had gastritis for 4 months and it was my gallbladder failing inside of me, well dead by the time they found out.
  12. I am 2 yrs 4 months out They never tell u puking will never be the same when I throw up it jus looks like pink slime. You have to gag up ur puke. And when you drink alcohol and you feel so sick you try to throw up and you can not no matter how hard you try. Surgery was worth it and u will get usta the way you throw up but I wish there was alot more info lol
  13. I am 2 yrs out and finally the weird non stop stomach sounds and weird pains and twinges have went away just give it time. Your still getting usta ur body. I am 2 yrs out and still amazed and think of something that involves my wls.
  14. I am 2 yrs out and already have a vitamin d deficiency everyday I take b12 . bcomplex. 1 a day. Viamin d . and 4 calcium pills a day I wont lie I slack sometimes and forget to take then but all my vitamins have been good. You jus need to remember to take ur vitamins everyday and I think you should be good.
  15. True never had confidence been a big girl since 12. Now 30, I can finally be happy with myself.[emoji3]
