Yup I finally feel amazing and confident....

I didnt get enough extra skin to do anything bout it my surgeon told me because I am 30 yrs old and the elasticity of my skin will just bounce back and it did big time so I am happy.

Motivation is the key

I am so proud of myself. Gastric bypass has been a journey and still is. I went from 274lbs my highest to 130lbs...

I love spicy it took me 1 yr and 8 months to get back to eating spicy..

Ya now jus have to squat like crazy and get a butt.. Lol

Lmao it wakes u up and makes u relize ur accomplishments and how much u have worked for and wont let u stop and go back to who u were before. My fiance complains that I still watch the show but it jus shows everyone can change no matter what.

Takes time but u are looking different and amazing. Don't count inches and pounds ur on ur way... Confidence is something I never had and thought I would never have. The wait is long when ur looking in the mirror but when u get to ur goal. Ur life changes for the best... I promise..[emoji178]

I had my surgery 10/2017 life is great. With all our stories we should all come together and celebrate our accomplishments.. Highest weight 274lbs wasnt happy.
