HI everyone I'm new to this site, I'm new to really talking to anyone who has had this surgery in general. I actually know nobody! But I wanted to share my progress pic with you all!

I am loving life and would really like to meet more people like myself who understand what I am going through. I have been stalled since December of 2015 so 1 year maintain but I really want to reach my goal weigh of 175.

You look amazing. I agree with changing up your routine because our bodies will get use to certain things and won't change

I was 2 years post op in August
