  15. Only thing Is i haven't had a BM yet. Don't get me wrong , I still feel a little discomfort but not as bad as day 1 an 2 So it's bearable for me , I'm still careful on my movements knowing when my body says slow down sit a few mins But getting some fresh air and walking a little at a time has made these two days easier to manage. Hope I don't speak too soon and be sore tmw. Lol I'll let y'all know. I

  19. I figured out a way to easily monitor my Protein intake without guessing if I am getting enough. The cups shown above holds 2 oz of liquid so I poured my Isopure of the day in each cup A full bottle = 10 cups So every hour or 30 min I drink a cup I also am doing this with my Water. I think this is an easy way for me to keep track so I thought I share.
  20. Oh and I add one or half a scoop of chicken flavor injury to my soup to get my protein and it actually gives a lot more flavor.
  21. Same With me had to repair hernia But recovery is not bad. Some discomfort on left side of stomach than any other area. Now on day 4 and I am addicted to popsicles and soups from Chinese restaurants. So delicious and satisfying
