My Story

  • Popular Post

Hi Everyone!! I am new to this site but not to the Sleeve surgery community. I had my surgery in November of 2015. When I started the journey I weight in at 320 lbs. Since that time I am down to 165 lbs and feel so great. I want to pay it forward and have even created a blog: throwingscales.net as a place to connect with others. Would love to chat and get to know people!! My before and after photos are below. post-300495-14744044151638_thumb.jpgpost-300495-14744043789605_thumb.jpg

@@JanessaM so incredibly inspirational. My surgery is in 12 days. I'm 325... It's amazing to see someone at my weight get down to 165. What's your exercise plan and do you struggle with skin? If u don't mined me asking. I'm getting a personal trainer for after.

I got a personal trainer and started working out as soon as I was given the clearance. I do not struggle with too much loose skin and I credit my trainer for that. I work out 5 times a week, both weight lifting and cardio. I also am very strict with my diet. Good luck!!
