It's may be genetics. You can spot lose and there's no magical creme. Especially not for fat on the last. Or it may just end up being the last place you lose.

thank you, I never had one until I gained weight and unfortunately, I'm the biggest one in my family and none have a double chin so hopefully its being stubborn and wants to be the last thing to go

It probably won't get rid of your double chin but you could try tightening it up.

One exercise you could try is "kissing the sky". Tilt your head back slightly and kiss upward.

Like the others say, it might be the last area to go.. Google neck exercises ( I did it for my arms/batwings). There are lots of video's out there which may help and Good Luck!!

I have been overweight since high school but was lucky enough to not have a fuller face & neck. At age 40 that all changed. I quit smoking and added 60 lbs on an already obese body. My face, chin and neck became huge. It bothered me more than my big ole stomach. It has slimmed down quite a bit and I am thrilled ????

I am gonna kiss the sky as much as I can !! LOL

I was luckily, that's one of the first places I've lost weight. I've been using strivectin, it seems to help

For me it was actually the first place I lost weight. I didn't do anything special, my chin was the first thing to go

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
