I really think fat tends to be a 'last on, first off' type thing.

I gain first and most in my tummy, hips, thighs first.. and then everything else starts gaining to eventually become proportionate. I am losing in reverse. The fattest parts of me are still the tummy, hips, thighs. I really think it depends on genetics and body type as to how we gain and lose.

For the neck, I would do as others have suggested and try some exercises for the neck (they cant hurt), and I would use an over-the-counter Retinol product to help with collagen production and skin texture in the meantime. These products wont cause fat loss, but will sure help the skin once the fat is not filling it out.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
