Who wants to do a 5 day liquid diet with me for "fun"?! It will keep you from eating candy on Halloween! I promise I won't cheat! I feel like I've been eating too much "junk" lately and the liquid diet helps me kick that sugar craving. Last time I did 5 days of shakes I didn't want any sugar for weeks. We can do update pictures and it will make food planning super easy!!! My family are complete party poopers and won't do it with me. I did it by myself before so I'm sure I can do it again I just thought it might be fun to do it together.....as fun as self torture can be anyway. I'm going to get my shakes tomorrow and get this party started.

FYI: I'm also doing this so I can get to goal and get a TT, breast lift and Implants. Let's just be real, these things are necessary in my life! They aren't going to magically fix themselves. I'm scared of the TT but it must be done! Is that TMI?! Oh well your all going to hear about it later anyway!

Well I have decided that I am going to extend this all liquids challenge for at least another 5 days. I have had such awesome progress and with my CRAZY schedule (I work five 12-14hr night shifts PLUS I have to work a couple of hours and be 'on call' on my 2 days off AND I am a single mom) it is really easy for me to do all liquids. I am loving this break!!

Plus it doesn't hurt that I have gone down another pound!! Woo hoo!!

@@Amberina well you go girl! That's a lot of work. Don't wear yourself down too much.I've still gotta make it through tomorrow. We shall see. Today is lazy day so there's not been much of distraction but tomorrow is back to work.

Working on my last shake for the night then to bed I go! Well in two hours. I'm ready to start tomorrow! You would think I would be sick of these by now but nope, I still enjoy them.

You will LOVE the results!!! I had mine in June and am thrilled. Got the works--TT, arms and boob lift/implants.

Honestly the pain and recovery wasn't nearly as bad as I feared

More protein hot chocolate and another blended shake--Syntrax matrix vanilla with almond milk, plain fage 0% Greek yogurt and some sugar free Cherry torani syrup.

I may have another hot chocolate before bed!

Day 4 done. Two more to go for me. part of me wishes I could do this indefinitely. I like not having to make decisions.

Just saw this thread and read it all the way through. This is exactly what I need to do! I've been sitting on 201-202 for a week and a half. I WANNA BE IN ONEderland!!!! Thanx, everyone, for sharing and inspiring me!

I'm starting in the morning - liquids only during the work week is doable with all I have going on. And I really need to work on getting in all my water each day. I'm 20 lbs. from goal and so very impatient, so this will be a great way to help push to the end. :)

@@ZoeyBear, I agree with you, just read this thread pretty much all the way through. Will do a modified version of this starting TOMORROW!

Had a busy last four days filled with out of town guest and lots of fun (aka food) ate way too many carbs. So, I needed to read this.

Thankfully, I recently bought a case of protein shakes so I'm ready!!!!

@@Elode

I just can't take the chocolate right now, -laughs- too sweet!
