Don't do that, you'll drive yourself crazy! I weigh every Monday.

I'm definitely a weigh once per week gal. Same ritual every Saturday morning when I get up. I get obsessive if I weigh every day.

I guess we all have to go with what works best for our individual psyches. Being obsessive about my program is what got me to goal weight, and what will hopefully keep me here.

I have a bad habit of weighing myself several times a day to see how my weight fluctuates. For some odd reason my weight seems to be lowest at like 2 am. I was 344 at 2 am yesterday and then by lunch time I was 347. I'm assuming it's only Water weight though. I'm only 4 weeks out and can't eat much.

I weigh every day. It is my way of saying I had to much salt the night before, I think about when was the last time I had a bowel movement, how late I ate or pay myself in the back for losing. I never get discouraged. Its always used as a lesson of I have gained

I weigh almost everyday. I hate seeing the number go up so I avoid weighing on days I think it might have because I ate more the day before.

Weight fluctuations are normal. I've gone up a couple pounds before but ultimately the number keeps dropping.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
