First official weigh in... 217.2

I'm currently 3 weeks & 3 days post op. My scale has not changed since week 1. I'm feeling like a failure, any tips would be great!

Don't feel like a failure... Weight loss is complicated. Just keep doing what your supposed to be doing and it will come off. I had a 3 week stall starting my 3rd week. I'm currently 9 months post op and it slow going, but I feel great. I've lost 146lbs since I started. While I'd like to get to below 200 I'm starting to feel like I'd be ok if I stayed where I'm at.

I haven't been as active as I usually am. I work on my feet for 8 hrs a day walking I end up with 8,000-12000 steps a day. I'm on soft foods now but have a hard time getting in food I think about 6 oz of food and 1 and 1/2 Protein Drinks a day.
