Can anyone give me any pointers on good things to eat and drink. My weightloss is moving. I did go thru the 3 week stall but I realized im not eating or drinking enough. Water is boring but I will drink it. I tried tge Unjury unflavored Protein. Unless I didnt mix correctly it was an epic fail.

I made this water bottle to help me drink more... I fill it up twice a day & sip all day

I know that with the Unjury, the temp needs to be under 140 degrees. Herr is my water bottle, a friend made it for me.post-236461-14236440959292_thumb.jpg

First... congrats on your loss so far... you're doing great!

Some things I relied on a lot not so long ago... Individual servings cups of hummus, thin cut deli meats, salami, and something I still love and use quite a bit... Justin's Nut Butter packets. I eat the Honey-flavored one (the sugar and calorie counts are about the same as the regular, so no big deal.)

I also enjoy Lean Body brand Protein shakes. They're of the ready-to-drink variety, you can get them on Amazon, and they have ZERO sugar. The vanilla and banana are my faves, but the chocolate one isn't so bad either. I'm just not a big chocolate guy to begin with. There are two sizes... a smaller one with 25 grams of Protein, and a bigger one with 40. Especially in the earlier days when I still couldn't eat some foods, these helped me quite a bit.

I'm so happy for you!!! You are doing GREAT!!! I am using GENEPRO unflavored Protein, 1 small scoop has 30 grams of protein and you can put it in anything including coffee and Soups. I mix it in pudding as well.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
