  2. A lot of woman's periods are out of whack after the surgery. I've always been super regular, but even mine was late after surgery & I spotted when I shouldn't have been. You're body is just going through a lot of changes. I think there may be some other post on this topic if you search. I remember looking for them at one point, too.

  5. Hate... Only hate. I workout 5 days a week about 45minutes each time, & I hate every stinking second of it! My husband is my accountability partner. He's supper athletic, so it's nice to have someone to go with... But it still sucks. I hope with all my heart that I will one day like it!! Lol until then at least I can read my Nook while I'm on the elliptical!

  7. I tell people that I'm eating really small portions & working out a lot. No need to tell them my business in extreme detail. It's a private thing to me.
  8. My first month I lost 27lbs. On surgery day I was 252, which was just enough to qualify. Since, however, I only weigh on the 1st of every month. I can't weigh every day or week b/c it drives me insane.

  11. Okay, I'm just curious, if you weigh during your period do u weigh a couple pounds heavier than normal? I was always about 2-3 pounds heavier whenever I weighed before my surgery. Now, though, my diet has changed so much I wonder if it's still the same. I only weigh once a month, & it fell on my period this time.

  13. This exact thing happened to me. I just over did it. If you're like me, you may wanna take it really easy for the first 3 weeks. After that you'll be much better off!

  15. You should definitely stop coloring. I've had to as well, so I know it sucks. It'll be worth it though! Every time you color you're damaging your hair. You want your hair to be as health as possible right now to give it the best chance it can have. I've been using this shampoo with biotin in it, but I know there are much better products out there. There are a ton of forums on this with lots of shampoo info if u search it. Also, be sure you're taking 10,000mcg of biotin daily & getting your protein in. ... If that doesn't work, we can be wig sisters! Lol that's my plan.

  20. I noticed a stall, so I stopped weighing! I just weigh on the 1st now, & it is working great. You bean tell that I'm losing regularly again now, but I'm still only weighing just once a month.
  21. I have diet hot chocolate with skim milk every night... It's sooo good
  22. Good point! I really had no idea it could last that long. I think I may order some. I just feel like it'd be a smart preventative thing to do.

  24. Yeah, my doctor told me the same thing. I'm not actually experiencing hair loss. I just thought it couldn't hurt to use a better shampoo & conditioner to help prevent it. I am trying this stuff with collegian & biotin in it. I've heard Nioxion is the best though. It's just kinda pricey.
