sweet tooth.....

My biggest problem is wanting to have sweets. How do I over come that. How are my other sweet tooth partners dealing with this?

But,

My goto low carb sweet is sugar free Jell-O mixed with cream cheese.

Recipe is very simple.

1 small box of strawberry sugar free Jell-O.

4oz of cream cheese.

Mix the Jell-O according to directions and blend in the cream cheese until it is completely mixed and there are not little particles of cream cheese floating around.

I usually use 2 cups of warm Water in the Jell-O rather than 1 cup cold + 1 cup hot. It makes the cream cheese easier to mix in.

Put in icebox and let it set up. Serve with some Land O Lakes or Redi Whip whipped topping. Both brands only have 1 carb per serving.

Special K protein meal bars (strawberry, chocolate-peanut butter, cranberry walnut are my favorites). 180 calories with 10 grams of protein - not high protein by bariatric definition, but so much healthier than candy for my sweet tooth. They taste really good.

I have quest bars or dark chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I've been rocking Lite Cool Whip mixed with sugar free raspberry syrup and frozen.

I have diet hot chocolate with skim milk every night... It's sooo good

Yup, diet hot chocolate in the evening. Add Miralax as needed.
