Sitting in my preop room all gowned up and everything, waiting to have my iv started and get meds for my Migraine that started at 3am, otherwise, all ready to go. Also l lost another 5lbs on the all shakes portion, so down to an even 200lbs this morning. Yay me!

Oh my gosh this pre-op diet STINKS LOL

I do not know if its head hunger or what but my stomach growls I go down some Water or unsweet tea 5 mins later its growling again.......... last night I want to eat an entire bag of Doritos but I ate some ham slices instead!

ANY ADVICE?!?! I only have today and tomorrow then wed is liquids (feel like that may be worse) then Thursday is the BIG DAY!!!!!

Just got the call, insurance approved my surgery date!! Feb 14th in Riverside CA

Start liquids next week AFTER my foodie potluck party!!lol

All my friends and family are bringing dishes and Desserts and I'm having a pie eating contest, hot dog contest, and other food related games... I'm so EXCITED!

Anyone starting liquid diet this week? I'm on day 6, and man-- it's easy peasy after day 3. :-) I haven't cheated and I'm not tempted to at all!

hi Melanie! I'm on my first day of the liquid diet and it's fine so far but it's always the evening for me when I get friendly with the fridge! Great to hear that at day 3 it's easier, I'm going to keep thinking that over the next couple of days when it's difficult!
