The only Torani products I find are the hazelnut and French vanilla. I guess I'm gonna have to go online and order. :)

@@boosh10 @jesuisprest If you go to this website WebstaurantStore they have 23 different flavors of the sugar free Syrup and they are only $4.00 per bottle. That's where I bought all of mine.

They have Torani and Davinci brands which I have some of both.

well I am doing a lot of taste test videos on my blog. I am right now trying the nectar caribbean cooler mixed with some frozen mango strawberries and pineapple mixed with diet iced tea and blended, oh its heaven. but the regular powders and drinks are in video format on my blog. I will be added a few more taste test videos later today.

@Bufflehead Thanks for sharing those recipes. I am definitely going to take some of the combinations and tweak them a little and see how they work.

Hello,

Of all the Protein powders on the photo I posted, can you guys recommend what you think is the tastiest, or even if you think one is terrible, let me know! Im trying to avoid the trial and error!

This is a list that my NUT gave me to get started on.

Right now I am loving the taste of Muscle Milk 100 calorie powder (powder form, not pre-mixed although it comes ready to drink). It's got a great chocolate taste. I actually like it better than Nature's Best (Isopure). Another one I would really like to try is BSN's Dessert. It's kind of expensive but looks like it would be yummy.

I am still preop but I drink Syntrax

nectar Sweets chocolate Truffle. You can get little packets to try for like $2 at Vitamin Shoppe. I can mix it with Water or skim milk.

I LOVE those little packets - makes it easy to try without committing to the whole canister.

Genepro!!! I can't say enough good about this. It's tasteless, mixes in anything and has 30g of Protein. It's the best thing ever, especially when you are sick of other Protein Drinks

I just want to say that I ordered this GENEPRO (NUT okayed it) and I did not care for it. It changed the consistency of my food and was very gritty.

I have tried so so many over the last 4 years. To include most of the ones on your list.

Now I use dymatize nutrition ISO-100.

100 cal per 25g Protein. It is worth seeking out! post-110127-14173687495319_thumb.jpg chocolate is great!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
