I have a very liberal prep diet. 4 shakes, two fruits, 1 lean meal, 2 jello snacks. It's super easy but I haven't lost any weight. (Only 1lb) I have another week to go. I feel like I should be losing something. Have I stalled even before the surgery? Ugh. I'm tempted to do all shakes for the 2nd week.

I thought I was 16th but I was confirmed for the 15th this morning. It's official December 15th is the day.

Please include me. I'm going in on Dec 16th. I'm super nervous I love the idea of a text group. Who should I send a message to ?

I have degenerative disk disease and arthritis. The pain in my back is constant and the main reason that I wanted to get sleeved. I would love to hear some outcomes

I did it on the website not the mobile version. In the upper right corner click the gear next to your username. It was called something like manage ticker. Make one and add to signature.

So there is hope!

Muscle milk cookie n cream is amazing! I love it. GNC vanilla is ok. It would be better if mixed in a smoothie. Pure Protein mint chocolate chip is awful.

I added a "ticker" to my signature line. It just made this real. I cant believe my surgery date is only 5 weeks away! Good bye straws.
