I have a very liberal prep diet. 4 shakes, two fruits, 1 lean meal, 2 jello snacks. It's super easy but I haven't lost any weight. (Only 1lb) I have another week to go. I feel like I should be losing something. Have I stalled even before the surgery? Ugh. I'm tempted to do all shakes for the 2nd week.

I did it on the website not the mobile version. In the upper right corner click the gear next to your username. It was called something like manage ticker. Make one and add to signature.

Muscle milk cookie n cream is amazing! I love it. GNC vanilla is ok. It would be better if mixed in a smoothie. Pure Protein mint chocolate chip is awful. -

Mine asked what I was doing and why I was doing it. How does my family and spouse feel about it. Will there be jealousy or a chance of infidelity( yes, he asked that). Also what led to my weight gain. Did I feel like I couldn't control myself or was addicted to food. -

Yes, no more straws. They add extra air into your stomach and can cause gas or stretch it out. My doctor is stern about it.
