  9. I was sleeved August 4th 2014 Had my first glass of wine about a Month ago, I was so afraid of the effects that it took almost 1/2 hour to get down one glass. I know what you're going to say, at that point why ever bother Right !! But it sure went down smooth. I have tried Beer on two occasions with the same results and Ole Sleevie Wonder did just fine !

  25. Ok Need some expert advice on this one guys. The wife and I are just about three months Post Op. I Have never in my life passed as much Gas in all my life, same goes for the Wife. Is this normal Post Op or will it Pass ( Pardon the Pun)! At Bedtime these undercover fart Fights are out of control!! Help Me please.

  27. I do enjoy the extra frills that the gym offers and I also have made lots of friends. I have exercise equipment at home which I prefer to use on foul weather days.

  29. Hi, First off Welcome and good luck on your Journey. I am over two months post op and just yesterday I had a 1/2 of a glazed doughnut. I was suprised that nothing happened, I know it was wrong but Man did it taste great!! I hope I'm not setting myself up for failure. Let us know how you're making out.
  30. Hey Bro, Let me be the first to give your you're due Congrats!! I was sleeved on 8/7/14, best thing I ever could have done only wish I had done it sooner. Sounds like you have done all your research! Good luck and keep us posted, this site has a wealth of information and lots of really wonderful people.
  31. Hi, and Congrats on your surgery! During this period of your recovery you are very limited to physical activity. Your main concern at this stage is getting in as many shakes and fluids as you can and Walk, Walk, Walk!! I did early morning and late evening walks. Good luck.
