What Vitamins are you taking overall?

My Iron level was low normal at my 3 month check. I take Biotin, B-12, Vitamin D-3, and a prenatal. I don't take Calcium, because mine trends high. All of my levels were in normal ranges.

Hey gang though I'd check in... 10/10 sleever here...

Things are going fantastic for me. I've hit a few stalls, the longest was a week... that sucked, but I kept doing what I do and fell out of it.

I have an umbilical hernia, so I can't do much exercise at all... but I have been walking more, and just in general having more energy to not sit around. I go into the grocery store again with my wife and kids... something I'd fallen out of the last few years. That's always a good workout. :) We have a pool here... just waiting for the Water to get warm enough to swim and I'll be doing plenty of that. The loss is happening though, and I'm thrilled.

I've had no complications to speak of, and I do feel very fortunate for that. I get "tired" days here and there, but some recent changes to my Vitamins seems to have eliminated those.

Keep on keepin' on guys... by next October, we'll all be strange looking skinny people!

@@stephh, running? I'm impressed. They say you'll stick w/an exercise program if you like it, sounds like you're well on your way. Also, your weight loss is fantastic!

The hair issue scares the crap out of me. I am four months tomorrow & no Hair loss yet but I heard even if you do everything right, it's a crapshoot. I hope you can keep your last "6 strands" :-)

@@aSleeveStory, wow! I can't believe your stats, Great job. Also glad to hear you're not having any issues.

So, here's my update....Only down 50 pounds. I know, I shouldn't say only but it's relative. Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely grateful for that. I kind of expected it because I have a thyroid condition, which I believe can contribute to a slower weight loss.

I have had no issues, with the exception of rice. But everything else goes down fine. I Wish I had had this surgery 10 years ago! So lovin my sleeve.

I'm currently working out only three days a week, I know there's that word "only" again but it's true.lol.

I started at a size 20 & have recently purchased 2 size 14's , yay me!!! My personal goal is a size 8/10.

@@Peekboo, my bariatric dietician also recommends between 65-75 grams of Protein daily. I probably get in all of my Protein between 90-95% of the time. Today was not one of those days haha.

@@aSleeveStory it sounds like you are doing fantastic!!! You probably already look like a "stranger" with the 122 pounds you lost. That is seriously SO incredible!

Thanks for your earlier compliments. You are doing great! Only 50 lbs... that's a lot of weight. :) You'll get there soon enough, and it sounds like you're doing all the right things. Just keep at it.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
