I have no clue what my ideal dress size would be. Last time I was under 200 lbs I was a young teen. I'm tall and big-boned so I'm not even sure what would be realistic for me.... I was just realizing today I have no clue what my target weight should be. I'll have to ask my nutritionist.

Right now any dress size that is not obese would make me thrilled

I would love to wear a size 8 dress... I am 5'6 and current weight 198 , goal weight 150 lbs. at my highest I was a tight 16 so an 8 would be dropping 8 dress sizes, that would be amazing.

I was just moving into size 12 when my Lapband broke for the last time (and never recovered) and I was actually pleased as a pickle. Getting sleeve January 4, I may aim for 10, but I think a 12 would make me happy if a 10 doesn't happen. I am 6'0.

Well, the smallest I ever was as an adult was a size 7/8, so if I could get back there again, I'd be ecstatic! Like others have mentioned, getting to a single digit dress size would be a major achievement.

Interestingly enough I don't have an ideal dress size anymore - I had when I was a few years younger but not now. If anything I'd like to be a size "M" because that's where the most variety is available.

Being a size "M" means that you will probably need a size "S" or "L" depending on the cut and brand and these are the most common sizes available (at least when it comes to my preferred style of clothing). It also means that the length of pants and shirts etc. fit my 1,67 cm height.

I'm shooting for a size 8. If things keep going as they are, I think I can get there by mid-February. 5'7" here.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
