  4. Don't do it... it may not hurt you, but you'll get back into drinking it. It's not good for you/us.
  5. I was 3 months yesterday. I don't sip...but I don't gulp either. Try it out for yourself... you'll see that if you gulp it may hurt a little.
  6. It depends on your individual case. My Dr. didn't want me lifting anything heavier than 10lbs for the month. So make sure you listen to your surgeon.

  10. I will be 3 months post op on 3/6. I'm in my 2nd stall. My first came at about one month snd my second at about two months, which I believe is ending now; as I lost 1lb since yesterday. So don't worry, it won't last forever. It's frustrating, but it's part of the cycle. Good luck.

  12. OMG, I think you guys are reading my mind. At 11 weeks post-op, I've finally decided to venture out to the movies today with my grandkids. My only reason for EVER going in the past was the popcorn with the extra added butter. Now I'm afraid that if I start, I won't be able to stop. Guess I'll have to exercise my willpower and not have any. I've never dumped before and would hate to have my first time be today.
