  6. I also started at 232, 217 at surgery, and 207 1 week post op. Congrats!
  7. I never realized how much of a real addiction food was until now. I'm not hungry at all but yet I'm always thinking about food. Always.. Foods I wish I could eat right now. Foods that sound do good!! Constantly thinking about what I could possible get away with eating and cheating on my post op diet. I don't cheat though. I just sit here and sip my protein shake and water and daydream. I feel ridiculous.
  8. The doctor told me today that's a sure sign of too much too fast. I keep getting them when I drink water. So apparently I was drinking too much too fast.

  10. I'm scheduled for my sleeve on Wednesday.. ahhh!! Starting to get a little nervous.. anyways I'm a skinny person trapped in a fat persons body, by that I mean I LOVE going to the gym and lifting really heavy and pushing myself. I know I will have to take some time off from weight training after the surgery but I'm curious how long did most people weight until they were full force back to working out and lifting weights?
  11. I'm desperately needing advice from people who have been here before.. my surgery is 3/8 so less than a week away and I have a week long vacation planned to NYC the last week of April. This will put me at about 7-8 weeks post op. I know everyone recovers different but do you guys think I'll be able to fully enjoy my vacation? Not food wise but in terms of walking, not feeling nauseous, not feeling sore, etc or do you think I should try and push the vacation out a little longer?
