Not only did I meet my first goal for this challenge, I managed to meet my 2nd goal too! Hope I can keep it going for the next challenge! Woohoo!

191.6 I met my first goal in the challenge but so close to 190 on my sec goal hey I'm happy and can not wait for the other challenge. So ready and today is my first day back to work so I will be more active. Happy Memorial Day ladies !!

I only lost 1 pound this week thanks to my period, but hey....that put me at my challenge goal weight.... 156.6

Praise God! My second challenge and not only did I make goal, I surpassed it by (-2) more lbs loss.

Sw: 185.8

Gw: 175.8

Today: 173.8.....12#'s yippie! Gl all n cya for the 4th of July challenge n Ty Bea!

I didn't meet my goal, this time, but I'm back out of the 270's weighed in at 268. Starting weight was 264 goal 259. I may have lost this battle but still winning the war lol. Happy Memorial Day!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
