Dietary Goal for February: Two to three

meals/day.... No Snacks in between..... One

of those meals, a Protein shake.

Exercise Goal for February: Gym 6 days/week

One hour of cardio, consistently doing HIIT.

Weight Circuit two to three times a week.

Personal Goal for February: Finish the

PAPERWORK I started in January..... I'm

TIRED of it hanging over my head. Book all

of my NYC itinerary.

Date Banded: August 22, 2013. Feb 22 will be

my 6 month anniversary. I'm going back to

the biomedical research facility on 2/12 as

required by my participation in the weight

loss study I'm participating in.

Doing Anything Special for Valentine's Day?

Pretty sure I will be dining out with my

husband and I want to see the movie,

Labor Day.

Last time I weighed was Feb. 10. I weighed 223 on that date. I do believe I have lost more, but won't weigh again until March 10. BTW, the movie was pitiful.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
