What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

How did that happen

Not sure, but all unfolds like chicken, pork & such all get stuck even w/b mini baby bites.they will displayed &stretch opening so food go's to pouch &digest properly. All I'm been able to keep down are liquids& yogurt, applesauce, pudding in past three wks everything else gets regifted.

I've had three scopes with dilation. Hang in there. It will get better!

I had one so far and dealt with it for 3 weeks until they got the dilation done. I was miserable and like you I could do liquids but nothing solid. I lived on soups and shakes. Mine was fixed July 11th and so far I'm still doing fine. I do worry about it closing up again as lots of people have a stricture more than once.

I'm obsessed with feta cheese, green onions, radish and mini cucumbers. I could easily live off this stuff.

I'm going gaga!

Ok I no bad choice, butt I just woke up n wanted something to eat at 3am. So I fix Graham cracker with peanut butter and a glass of milk. I love that :( I feel so guilty after I eat it :(

That's not bad. Milk and peanut butter are excellent protein choices. A graham cracker is whole grains.

Making salmon cakes, mustard greens and potatoes.

a small piece of turkey lasagna.....

Decided to have a scrambled egg on grits (one of the packs of instant) and a laughing cow cheese wedge. The grits were a mistake (should have made them runny), the cheese is ok, the egg was amazing.
