What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

I don't know what's wrong with me but I've been eating everything in sight tonight. I had a bowl of fish chowder, maybe 7 hummus chips, 1oz of beef jerky, and 4 spoonfuls of no sugar added ice cream. Ugh I don't know where it's all going.

You will just get back on track tomorrow, don't beat yourself up.

Ok... Think about it like this... When you look at what you ACTUALLY ate, it's not THAT much. Pre-op you would have laughed at worrying about that much food! Don't be too hard on yourself and just make sure you do better tomorrow. Make tomorrow a "protein first" day! Fill up on delicious proteins, so hopefully you won't feel snacky. :)

I have been doing the same thing. Eating when and what I shouldn't be. In such a funk for some reason. Gotta get back on track. :-(

Ham and cheddar lunchable, minus a few crackers that I shared w/the crows. I still can't eat a whole one.

I had 1 oz turkey lunch meat on half of a low carb wrap... After the gym, I microwaved a Tyson ready grilled chicken breast and topped it with some spaghetti sauce and low fat mozz cheese. A delicious protein bomb! :)

Meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes, I'm guilty got to have a little potato

"nachoes" made from triscuits thin crisps, LF cheddar cheese and salsa. :-). Mmmm!

Yogurt. Not feeling it tonight. Bad news from my son. He's a marine training for his next deployment. He was rappelling out of a helicopter tonight and fell to the ground, shattering his leg. He's in surgery to repair it - he needs a plate and screws. I wish I could be there but he's in California and I'm in New England. He's no baby, but he's MY baby. :-(
