Any idea if Sam's club sells this? I made it from scratch but it was a real pain. Can you send a pic of the package?

I can't figure out how to send a pic from the mobile app! I am sure they have it,( maybe not the singles, I think they are a new product for costco ). It is Hannah Tzatziki Yogurt dip. They also sell a full container of it, same brand. It does have small pieces if fresh cucumber in it so depending on what you're allowed you could just strain it out. I am a little over 2 weeks post op and ate it with the cucumber pieces and had no issues, they are small and I was sure to chew well.

Perdue short cut chicken burger with low fmarinara & an ultra thin slice of Sargento provolone. 3 minute meal & moist & yummy!

I have never eaten a chicken or turkey burger...do they have the same texture as beef? And here is the big question, do you really like them or just put up with them us thy are healthier?

A really well cooked turkey burger is great!!!! Some people just shape the meat and slap it on a stove....not so good. Texture is very similar.

The ones I bought are not ground chicken as far as I can tell. They are chicken breast meat shaped like a burger so they will fit on a bun. I've never had ground chicken or turkey as burgers so can't speak to the texture. I do like this "burger" because it is really just a round chicken breast. I was surprised that it was moist & that I could eat all 3 oz - well I ate it all the first time; 2 nd time I ate all but 2-3 bites.

I haven't bought beef burger in years. We have used turkey burger for everything that takes hamburger. I had foster kids and they never knew the difference. Family or friends over and they had turkey burger and never noticed the difference. I don't buy the rolls of it, never tried them. I buy it as you would regular hamburger in the square styrofoam tray.

It's awesome!!!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
