I'm awake in my room. Thirsty as all get out, but nurse says I have to go easy on the ice chips. Pain isn't to bad, gas sucks and ie hurts a bit to take a deep breath

Went for my one week post op follow up today. 10 days to be exact. I lost 23 lbs!!!!!!! I could not believe it! Woo Hoo! Not only that, but my doctor gave the go ahead to do thicker liquids ie: creamed soups. I was thrilled :D

Congratulations Morgan

Go head with your bad self congrats

Okay, so I really need a buddy! LOL! My surgery is tomorrow and I am absolutely freaking out! I'm wondering if I'm even doing the right thing! I'm starving and flipping out! But my surgery is tomorrow - they still haven't called me with the time yet though. How does the whole buddy thing work anyway? :D

Mine is tomorrow also, you will be fine! It's the start of the new you. Maybe try some unsweetened almond milk with your Protein.

14 hours til the losers bench.... Can not wait! Good luck to all the Sleevers on the 17th. And congrats to all the previous ones. I'm ready to take control back of my life!

September 24th and scared as all get out! Scared of failure!

Congrats! Hope you have a speedy recovery.

4 hour till I have to report to hospital. I am surprisingly calm. Have prayed to God to watch over me and I know that he controls all things. This surgery was meant to be for me. I'm going to lay back down for another hour then i will get up and prepare.

I was sleeved at the same day .. still not able to "go" ... any advice will be appreciated! Amazef with your smoth recovery!

Do what you can to take something to say and your insides. I just went through that this past week. I was sleeved on the third. Was going but very little. Yesterday was this capper. It was a flipping nightmare. So do what you can to keep things soft. We are not getting enough fat or fluids to keep everything moving. So ask your doctor what you should take. It's really ugly if it's if you haven't gone for a long time

I made it through on the 16th. Definitely hurts to take any kind of deep breath! Using the spirometer thing is not easy. Otherwise all is ok.

On my way to surgery!! Praying for us, who has surgery today.. Blessing, fast recovery

My smell is super sensitive. My taste is too. I am now very gaggy.

My taste is so different already!!! It's weird
