sleeve reset was successful
- 10 Year update
Hi it was the hardest weight to lose before I got serious if that makes sense. Once I saw a pic that was sent to me that did it. I looked unrecognizable to myself. That is when I became serious and lost the weight. Dropped 14 pounds in one month and was off and running towards my goal of dropping back down to 167. Hit than and kept going.- sleeve reset was successful
Down to 152 and actually I can’t believe it. Never did I think I would get this small especially after 10 years. I am sticking to my intermittent fasting and the pounds just keep coming off.Olarance75 started following Major Regain , 10 Year update , Question about (very) small regain and 1 other- 10 Year update
Hi everyone, I was sleeved 9/11/2013 and this ten years has definitely been a journey weight loss rollercoaster for me. I started at 239 and currently weight 152. I lost down to 167 and that was my lowest for years. I slowly gained again after the lost of my parents and last year weighed 212. I refocused and lost 60 pounds down to my lowest at 152. I’ve been focused and watchful of my meals and started intermittent fasting which has been a lifestyle change for me. Still the best decision I ever made- sleeve reset was successful
Down to 155 and have been maintaining all summer. It feels so good to have my weight finally under control- Question about (very) small regain
Check it now if you’re grazing you have to pull back. You will look up and 3 pounds is 30 pounds and you will have to start over. I just restarted and lost and it was hardest thing to do. My advice is to go back to basics and incorporate intermittent fasting. It had been game changer for me. Train yourself to only eat when hungry and let’s be clear we aren’t not hungry just eating because we can.- Major Regain
Hi just now seeing this. I went pack to basics and intermittent fasting. The two Protein Shakes and one meal is what you have to do to get weight moving. Also you can never eat regular again to maintain the weight loss. That’s what I found works for me. I keep my calories around 1000 or less per day and I’m fine. If I splurge one day I only eat a little of the bad item. Also no leftovers of not good food choice items- Major Regain

Down to 161- Major Regain
I think it’s possible to reset your sleeve and start to loose again. You have to go back to the regimen post surgery and drink two protein shakes and 1 meal per day. It will come off. I just lost 50 pounds over 6 month period and I had sleeve 10 years ago. If you have more questions let me know- sleeve reset was successful
Down 6 more pounds. Officially at 164.- sleeve reset was successful
I have been intermittent fasting. I’m eating between 12-6 and that’s it. Also I’m eating mostly protein and absolutely no carbs. It I get hungry I eat few grapes and by few I mean 4.- sleeve reset was successful
Down to 170 today. So 6 more pounds to go- sleeve reset was successful
Well this weight loss journey has been never ending for me. I blamed Covid but really it’s been my lack of discipline. I’m down from 212.2 to 174. Dedicated to not giving up. Hoping to lose to 164 by next month.
