I was given the option to have either sleeve or roux-en-y and l although I do not have a history of acid reflux, even when I was 118lbs, I chose roux-en-y because I want to be one and done. I want to reduce my chances of needing revision, and the little extra possible weightloss boost doesn't hurt.
