  1. I use my Quest Bars for meal replacement like on the weekend if we are going riding around and my husband wants something I can't eat I will eat my bar. I love the different recipes you can do with the bars. Also if you like chips their new Quest Chips are great with 20g of protein.
  2. I love my Quest bars but I use them as a meal or my snack (once in a while). But mostly for my meal. I don't just Eat one after another, because that Is when your head should kick in and say NO it is not candy or I will not start eating like I was before. Stomach vs head hunger and brain vs taste. The brain has to win or we will not succeed in this weight loss endeavor that we have chosen to take.

  13. Lory I wish I could sleep on my side again I am tired of sleeping on my back.
  14. I have been on potassium for 6 years. Was taking 8 pills a day, then down to 2 a day. They stopped them after surgery which has me concerned I will ask Wednesday if I need them any more. Make sure you take them because low potassium is nothing to mess with.

  18. Bgood I have not started post op work out yet due to still too early. I know walking really helps and light weights for strength. But you should follow what your physical therapy person tells you.
