At the risk of being totally beaten with a wet noodle by my fellow sleevers, I admit I ate a Tim Horton's honey cruller this morning as a treat. NEVER AGAIN. I have had no issues with the foods I have introduced to my sleeve since surgery on 12/17/12. Until today. Here I sit, with tons of errands to run, with intestinal cramps before which my heart pounded, and I'm afraid I won't be able to get away from the bathroom long enough to get much accomplished today. UGH. I have become the "donut nazi". NO DONUTS FOR YOU! Ever...OMG.

You ate a donut?!!? How could you?? Didnt you have this surgery to lose weight and never enjoy a sugary treat again?!? Oh wait, it sounds like you're not enjoying it so much now! Lol! That sucks! Hopefully it passes soon. What a way to learn what the sleeve doesn't like huh? Brutal!
