Sleeved Jan 21 down 35 lbs. stalled and keep fluctuating between 3-5 lbs. I definitely can tell inches are going down if the scale isn't moving. Have gone from a size 18/20 to 14.

Hello I had surgery on January 17th my starting weight was 256 current weight 188, total weight loss 68lbs, and to get to my goal of 165 I need to lose another 23lbs :) seems so hard because the first 68lbs was so easy. I’m noticing a slowdown and at first I did not incorporate as much exercise as I should have but lately I’ve been adding a daily dose of Zumba to get my cardio up I don’t focus too much on caloric intake but I make sure that I eat three meals a day that include mainly Protein which I always eat first if I am able to eat anything else after completing my protein then I do which is my vegetable and a fruit, my Snacks are typically two per day and are high in protein and my only drink is 64+ ounces of Water with the exception of coffee a few times a week with Creamer added when I feel the need to splurge.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
