Girl! You are not a slow loser! I had surgery 1/17 and am down 33 pounds...15 of the 33 were with the liquid diet. So I have only lost 18 since surgery. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Surgery jan 28.... Down pre- op 15lbs post op 24lbs

January 10th down 44 pounds

Jan 21st, down 37 pounds... 21.6 pre-op, 15.4 post op

Jan 30 - down 27

Surgery January 17th 45lbs down.

Down 61 lbs including pre-op!! January 30 th surgery date.

sorry didnt know that. Anyways, I was sleeved jan 22nd and have lost 44lbs since surgery day. I did not really follow my preop diet so I didnt lose anything preop.

January 19... 67 pounds.... after TWO YEARS! We are in this for the long haul, please do not compare your weight loss with others or feel bad if your don't stack up...(even if it is sooo tempting to see if we are normal or not...), we are all different.... if we get to our goals, that is all that counts. Keep up the good work peeps!
