Surgery Jan 30 lost 9 lbs preopt 35 lbs post opt

Yes we all should not compare to one another. We are all on the right track to a healthier body , mind and soul. Now I wish I didn't post my weight loss. We can do it. We were all brave enough to go through this surgery WE GOT THIS!!!!!!

I had my surgery 1/22/13, started liquids one week before surgery and as of today have list 46 lbs.

I followed the plan exactly and have walked 5-6 days a week. Feel great!

I'll start to slow down soon as a stall is due but I'm sticking to the plan so that I get through the stall, when it happens.

January 16 surgery. Down 44 lbs.

Including pre op I am down 44.5 pounds today and I was sleeved on 1/23;)

This post is just what I needed. I had surgery Jan. 8 and seem to have been stuck at 40 lbs lost for a couple weeks now. Here I was thinking I was "failing" but I'm actually within a normal range of the rest of you.

Maybe now I can stop stressing about it and move on.

Yeah great thread... it would be good if you post your stalls as well.

I was stalled for almost a week in the low 280s... When the stall finally broke I got into the mid 270's pretty quickly. 2 weeks later I am at another stall in the mid to high 260's... been there about a week and feeling it break soon.

Sleeved Jan 22, I lost 33.5 lbs so far. I thought I was doing good until I read some of these posts ????

January 5 th starting weight 201 down to 168... 32 lbs. Im a slow loser too , I think because my bmi was low to begin with . I'm in no hurry :)

weight at Surgery Jan. 21, 2013 was 232, currently around 212, total lost 20 pounds. I'm 5'6" tall. It's been 7 weeks today. I lost 15 pounds the first 4 weeks. Now I've been teetering up and down with 1-2 pounds for the past 11 days, stuck at the same weight. I had set a goal of losing 30 pounds by 8 weeks, but I don't see that happening. To be honest I get quite frustrated when people say "I'm a slow loser", when they are so obviously not. That makes those of us who truly are losing slow feel worse.
