  17. I am having my surgery tomorrow morning at 9 am! Could I please ask for some prayers for me to have a safe and complication free surgery, and a speedy recovery? I'm kinda nervous! Good luck to everyone else having surgery tomorrow!
  18. My surgery is tomorrow morning at 9am! Good luck to you!
  19. I only have to do a weeks worth of liquid diet for my surgery. I am on day five. I am surprised at how managable it has been for me. I have not cheated once. I just keep thinking that I want to do everything right, so I can have a safer surgery and hopefully a better recovery. I have a protien shake for breakfast, a protien shake, chicken broth and jello for lunch and a protien shake, chicken broth and jello for dinner, with lots of flavored water between all of them. I think I am filling up on water. If needed in the evening, I will have a protein shake or jello. Hope that helps!
  20. You CAN do it! I am on day 5 of my pre-op diet, surgery is Thursday. I am pleasantly surprised at how managable it has been. I have not cheated one time! Even watched my daughter eat at Wendy's yesterday...and boy did the fries look goooood! I guess I just want to make sure that I am doing EVERYTHING possible to have a healthy surgery and hopefully a better recovery.
