Ive had my surgery in jan 2013 i sw 236 now cw 190 i cant seem to lose any more weight stalled for two months i dont take my vitamins reg and water is hard to get down -

Hey since ive did my sleeve dont have many friends my best friend basically dumped me after new yrs guess she figured i couldnt eat or do as much but i dont im also on the verge of getting divorce its funny i talk to you guys because i feel close were all going through the same thing -

Cat360 since jan 2 lost 42 pounds it will come off give it time but you will hit a stall im four months out and hit one stall in feb til march april i moved from 196 til now 194 thats it two pounds this month so far not good was hoping be at 190 -

Thanks coleman i have been dealing with a lot of stuff lately and been off the wagon kind of going through a rough time with my husband which is turning out to be were not gonna be together so i have been i guess a emotional eater the past few weeks and getting a full time job isnt easy either -

Im really trying to get my water in ive been really down lately and need to get back on top i did go to the gym today i think it may be that im not taking enough liquids in but im trying to now i have lost about two pounds this month so far ive lost 42 all together since jan and i really havent been taking my vitamins that much which i am starting today -
