Im sick

I'm four weeks post op and I have a fever, chills, headache, soar throat, vomiting, and runny nose should I calls surgeon?

I would, especially if you have not seen your surgeon recently. They may tell you go to ER, but at least they know something is going on with you. May not be related to your surgery but I would not chance it with those symptoms.

I would call my surgeon and go to the ER or Urgent Care...wouldn't take any chances--it could be a leak...hope it's just something temporary
