How's your water intake? That makes a big difference. Mine broke after upping my water and, weird enough, being "forced" to eat 1/3 of a hamburger. I wouldn't recommend that though :)

Im really trying to get my water in ive been really down lately and need to get back on top i did go to the gym today i think it may be that im not taking enough liquids in but im trying to now i have lost about two pounds this month so far ive lost 42 all together since jan and i really havent been taking my vitamins that much which i am starting today

I think that's a good plan. If you are getting dehydrated your body is going to hold on to all it can. At least that's my understanding.

Getting fiber in can help, benefiber can help. Keep it moving. Water gets rid of water as Kiki said. Eating a bit more can bust it at times.

Thanks so more fiber and water on the water why is it so hard to get it down i would be able to drink so much before this
