sleeve Jan 10th and i have lost 45 pounds doing well i did have so issues but I would do it again .I eat at least 60 grams of protein a day .I walk at least 3night but i do work also .

January 10th down 44 pounds

You are so doing the right thing .You will feel so much better and your life will be amazing .

I had a hard time at first .I would just sip my water or add Crystal light it helped alot .I sipped a ounce every 15 to 30 minutes .Good luck to you

I was sleeved on Jan 10th one week form surgery I developed a leak I was taken by ambulance and stayed 5 days in hospital .They did not have to go back in but I could not eat for 2 days and then they put a pic line in .If you have a leak you will know you get the most horrible pains up your shoulders and get very clammy and weak .I turned gray and my blood sugar shot way high and pulse went way low .Good luck to you as of today I still feel kinda crappy after I eat but it is getting better.

I had a hard time sleeping the night before you will do great .I love my new self and it is getting better everyday .Best of luck to you .

Good luck to you this was the best thing I have done for myself I was sleeved on Jan 10th and am down 27 pounds very excited to lose more .

I tried the protein shots said on the tube that they taste great no way they were 5 bucks a piece and they went to the trash nasty tasting I even tried putting them in a smoothly and nasty .

I am post op and feel great now I had a small bleed but now feel wonderful I wish all of you the best of luck this is the best thing i have ever done

I was sleeved on the 10th one week later I had horrible pains up my back and shoulders .I was having a internal bleed and was in hospital for 6 days .The er around my house could do nothing for me I had to be taken to Seattle where my surgeon was .Good luck to you I hope everything works out.

Biotin helps with the hair it is chewable and helps make hair stronger I was sleeved 6 days ago and I have been taking biotin for my hair I an a cosmetology teacher so I need my hair .You may want to try that .You can also get nioxin shampoo it helps with hair growth .

try a heating pad on your stomach and back it helped me and walking .Good Luck

I used a heating pad on my stomach and would hold it when i moved it seemed to work real well.I am 6 days and I just walk and walk it seems to be helping my fluid intake is good and I have hardly any pain .I used a pill cup or a shot glass to sip my fluid intake so I did not go to fast .I sipped a 1 onuce every 15 to 20 minutes and now it is so much better .I did not have a hospital stay at all I satayed the first night at a motel then went back for fluid and then came home .

I did the same as cbd I went grocery shopping for my husband and daughter to make it easier for them .They both have ajusted well I am 6 days post op and have a very supportive family .Good luck to you I wish you the best .
