  11. Thanks so much for all your compliments people!
  12. Of course I love to share! I have always gotten my protein in since about 1 week out. No less than 65 grams. Water.. I drink looootsa water. At least 100ozs a day. Im eating about 1200 cals a day now. My nut/dr do not do the low cal "diets". Im eating about 2.5ozs of protein at every meal and maybe 1-1.5ozs (1/4th cup) of something else. Im also not carb strict. I do eat veggies and bread. As far as exercise. .. since week 6 I have done strength training 2xs a week and I walk all the time.. I make sure I get in 3 miles 4/5 days a week... but I do my 10000 steps 4xs a week which is roughly 5 miles wortg of steps.
  13. Thank everyone for the complimentsA

  21. Oh and at each meal I measure everything. My lunches dont go above 3.5ozs. Dinner may be a lil more.. but I always weight and prepack
  22. Wahoo.. and now im down 94lbs!!!! Well a day of my eating mostly consists of lean meats and cheeses. I eat a variety of meats.. mainly steak bc thata my fave. I dobt eat much fruit but I may get in a lil veggies. I try to do low carb but my nutritionist doesnt speak against them. They actually are for good carbs. My carb intake is usually below 45.. my protein is usually aroung 80-100. I drink 100ozs a day if not more. I eat 4-5 meals a day.. usually my off days I eat 4 bc I aleep thru 1 feeding. I eat 3 hrs apart. I dobt drink 30 mins b4 eating and I wait 1 hr to start drinking after eating. My calories can range anywhere from 750-950... again depending on how many meals I eat. I try my best to stay active. I go to the gym 2xs a week and do strength training for about and hr each time. I walk 4-5xs a week about 1.65-75 miles. I also have a fitbit zip and track my steps. 10000 steps is what I atrive for but my average is about 8000 a day. I have a rest day where I dont do anything.
